Manuel Duggal, Director of MCD, has extensive expertise in the power and environmental engineering sectors in Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Having worked with both private and public listed companies, Manuel has pioneered projects in challenging environments and successfully built power solutions for offshore Oil and Gas facilities, Sub-saharan National Utilities and Mines throughout Africa and Central Europe.

MCD has engineered and designed multiple large scale-energy projects over the last 15 years, from pre-feasibility to EPCM, including the provision of turnkey power plant for Nevsun’s Bisha mine in Eritrea, 20MW to SEEG in Gabon, 250MW Gas Turbine project for the General Electric Company of Libya.

Since 2013 MCD has pioneered the development of a solar-thermal-hybrid power stations in Africa: Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Mali and Senegal.
